Matt helps Managed Service Providers and their clients migrate to the cloud. I will take on projects that include Office 365, Azure(Commercial, GCC, and GCC High), AWS, Google Workspace, including (Defense and Aerospace Migrations), and NIST 800-171 Implementations. Computer professional with solid know-how and extensive customer service experience. Skilled in system troubleshooting, Systems Architect, Azure Guru, Cloud Engineering, finding/correcting server errors, and diagnosing application problems. Provided technical support for over 15 years, able to install new users, DNS, FTP settings, SQL databases, server maintenance, Disaster Recovery, and manage accounting and billing.
